Recently had my DC1200 stolen at a beach dive. I contacted Sealife to obtain the serial number so that we could file a police report (I registered online, but forgot to archive the s/n). The Sealife team, and Karl S in particular, were very helpful. Not only did Karl retrieve the number for me, but he also worked with me to get a replacement camera.
