I've worked with/had dealings with a number of CDs in Thailand and would recommend Limbo on the East side and Scuba Cat if you go west.

Can personally recommend Chris Owens at Phuket IDC - Indepth Instruction His pass rates are fantastic and he knows the IDC and IE inside out and upside down

Phuket has a massive amount of options when it comes to IDCs so come and meet a few and they will always be able to fit you in if you visit a week before your IDC course begins (the dates are published a year in advance normally)
