Hi, i've only dived Ko Phi Phi in Thailand so can't really give much info there but I used to work in Nha Trang, Vietnam as a DM. The diving there is certainly not world class but it is worth a look. Nothing big but some good macro critters and I saw a few 'firsts' there. I would say go with Sailing Club/Octopus Divers or Rainbow as they are by far the best operators.
