Texoma is a decent size lake (as inland lakes go in Texas). No idea where any wrecks would be. We did this as a shore dive in a fairly protected "swimming area" part of the lake + the area immediately outside of the buoys.

It was my first time there, although Kunk35 had done a similar dive a few weeks back. Either way, no airplanes were noticed -- we didn't even talk about them. I know I didn't know about them.
 
I'm hoping the vis works it way up during the winter. I suspect it does.

I wonder what kind of looks I would get if I went to the gym and got on the stair climber with my backplate and an AL80...
 
I saw a catfish like that in Lake Travis once. Unfortunately, no one else saw it so they didn't really understand the awesomeness (and brief terror) involved! A true swamp monster! :)
