Oceans window is now advertising rig diving aboard the tropic star. Saturday departures with 3 tanks are $145 sunday departs with 2 tanks are $125. The Tropic star is out of Aransas Pass. (Near Corpus)I asked what the minimum group size is and no one could tell me.

Tom

If we can come up with a good date, write me in on the trip for 3 tanks.

Is there a website for more info?

Sorry Mike that all there is. I would like to know who the Tropic star is. I did a website search and came up with a boat in Fl. not Texas. Maybe the Sept 8th trip. We would also have to consider lodging friday and saturday night as these are day trips.

Tom

That works for me since I'll be in my new apartment by then and have more moolah for trips.

Let's be sure to get with Corsair & Lynnette....

This is off topic a bit, but BJ let me know he and his group have a club date in richardson (Emerald Mist?). I told him I'd like to go and listen...you and Michelle want to go?

Finally somebody has good definite rig dive info!!!:bounce: :bounce:

I'll check the calendar, but that sounds like an open weekend for us. Definitely pencil us in.

The Emerald Mist is at the intersection of Plano and Campbell in Richardson. We'll be playing there July 21 and August 10, if you're interested. We'll be minus one member who is currently in New York dancing with the Sterling Renaissance Festival performing company, but it should be a fun time anyhow. The food there is good and they have a good beer selection on tap as well as an impressive scotch list...

Sounds like another adventure to me!

I think Mike got contact info on everybody who was at Clear Springs. Might want to distribute that so we can all stay on the same page...

I went ahead and emailed them to see if we could charter the boat ourselves without going thru a dive shop and if so, how much etc. Told them we were looking at early September. I'll let everyone know what they say.

Who's the instigator now, Des?

If it's September, the earlier the better for me. I'm going to be out of town the weekends of the 15th & 16, and the 22nd & 23rd.
