I don't think it is a scam...you are not out any money...they also do the Florida Dive show http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/florida-dive-show/198591-florida-dive-show-2007-a.html
I guess they are just moving a bit slow..this will be the first one put on by Dive chronicles in Houston

Got mine yesterday...will probably drive to Houston on Sat morning and back home Sat evening

Are there going to be many retailers or manufacturers there? Or will it be mostly dive vacations being promoted?
