Tim O'Leary of American Diving called me this morning to say the Texas Clipper is scheduled for reefing the week of October 22, 2007, approximately seventeen miles off South Padre Island, Texas. The reefing could occur any day that week, depending on weather conditions.

I can say that boats are being scheduled for participants/observers/press at this time. Boats were never scheduled before this.....
Well maybe this is the Big One!!

Tim Oleary is correct on the timeline. Barring another unforseen event it finally looks like this is it.
