I second the seal saver. If i have not been to the barber in too long and not gotten my neck hot lather shaved(ahhhh heaven) the latex on my seal catches also. I've taken to using the seal saver inside and out and it helps alot. Or you could go to an old time barber and get one of those hot lather shaves.

Since I ripped a neck seal I started using a cut down plastic bag to slide it over my head. Works great. Just make sure it's not over your nose & mouth.
