I'm originally from the Nothern Neck (Fleeton Point). Tell me a little about the diving in the area. I may need to bring my gear on my next home visit.

Sorry for delay getting back to you (I was gone to Bermuda on a non-diving vacation and to the Florida Springs for a few days of diving/certifying some new divers)

There is not really too many decent dive sites in the Northern Neck that I am aware of but we do a lot of training in Lake Rawlings which is about 1.75 hours away.

There is a WWII German U-Boat sunk in the Potomac River that I have dived on (see http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/wreck-diving/153777-we-dove-u-1105-today-08-06-06-a.html )

I started the Tappahannock Scuba Meetup group to determine how many divers lived around these parts and there are more than I ever imagined! Its not so easy to get them to come out in the middle of winter but I am optimistic that our group will grow when we get clsoer to warmer weather!
