LOL!!

My tanks expired in May. Well my doubles anyway. The local shop filled them on the first weekend of May, but said they were expired and wouldn't fill them again until I got the vis.

The shop down where I do work, laughed and said, "We honor it until the end of the month. BUT, lets break them down anyway, and you can learn to do a visual!"

Soooo.. the short answer to your question is: "It depends on who is doing the fill!"

Ken abucs:
Just get it done, are you going to wine about maybe wasting 11 days.

I'm not worried about wasting 11 days, I'm worried about the 4 last minute dive opportunities I have this weekend.

I have 2 full tanks (filled in April before we left for our Galapagos trip), and planned on getting the viz done once I used them on my next dive day. But now with a 4 dive opportunity I need to know if I can get them re-filled after the first 2 dives on Saturday, so I can dive again on Canada's holiday Monday. If I'm going to be limited to 2 dives than I have to choose my dives carefully.

But thanks for not answering my quick question. I really appreciate your input.

Yeah, I figured something like that would happen....... If I get an arguement, I guess I argue if it was done in May 2005 and is good for 12 months than it must have been done on May 31st........;-).

If you have a relationship with your shop, ask them up front. You could always rent for the 2nd round of dives.

You need to state all the facts if you want meaningful answers.

Yeah, but than it wouldn't be a quick question.

My point of view is that if you are going to respond to the post, you should attempt to answer the posted question.
