There is a nick on the inside corner at the top.

I would not be worried about either as the depth appears to be smaller than the standard. Also the sealing surface for the oring is in good shape.

Chip off a corner. Not a gouge or anything. That top corner of the neck doesn't hold a bit of pressure or weaken the neck.

I'd pass it if it came to me assuming there was no other issues with it.
