I wouldn't think the Hurricanes will be affecting visibility by then. What I'm curious about is sand on the sites or any coral damage?

I can't speak for Grace Bay, but the north end and west caicos were great. I thought the reefs looked decent and fish life was fantastic.

I think that by now, the conditions should be returning to normal underwater. Infrastructure such as roads, power supply and water may take a bit longer to get back to normal.
