I just did The T & C Explorer II in July. See my review here, http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/li...ii-july-20-july-27-2013-review-very-long.html

We saw Aggressor boat at Northwest Point and West Caicos. Both boats were pretty much swamping mooring buoys when we were there so I thought their itineraries would be similar. However, we didn't see Aggressor at French Cay though.

The Explorer did have two chase boats in the water at all time except for the first day when they were fixing it. You'll see it in the video in my post. There was one non-diver in our boat. The captain, JF, took her and 2 teenagers snorkeling at French Cay in one of those RIBs. The crew used it one more time to guide the boat back in the dock. Other than those two times, they are in water but not used.

The grill is actually on sun deck of the Explorer. The captain used it to grill some tasty streaks.

I have been on the T & C Explorer twice. Once in Turks this past January and on their Bahamas itinerary in June. Both trips were amazing. Martin is an outstanding dive master. Can't speak for the Aggressor but Explorer is top notch. You can't go wrong. Boat was very spacious and comfortable.

I have been on both vessels. They are both excellent. Have fun in T & C!
