We really do get mail up here you know. It isn't that much more than shipping to other parts of the US.

It's Canada's fault. They have this vortex where packages get sucked into and are never seen again---actually they are but not for several weeks.

Insurance and tracking is good and not well worth it. Thanks for the info.
