The last few months I have been watching the geocaching.com and think I am about to jump into do that also. I think some ScubaCaches would be cool.

Don't know what became of Texas Mike, but if memory serves, CavernQT designed the original logo. I too have the original TShirt...not for sale either. The design was slightly modified and placed out on Cafe Express in early 2003. I believe txlakerat and TXDiver were the driving forces behind that.

Correct! Texas Swamp Divers were the first of the regional clubs here on SB and was started back in the old King Neptune original owner days. The logo was updated a few years later to drop all the old text from around the design.

It is a lot of fun..you should..Also check out Terracaching.com . From the caches that I have done on each, the terras have been much more of a challenge. I just completed on yesterday that took me about 5 days to do. It was a 3 stage find that was camo'd VERY good! A lot of fun.

SeaWolf did the original design. CavernQT made some additions based on votes taken with the original members.

I haven't talked to Mike in awhile, and my wife talks to him more often than I do. Last I knew he was doing well, but lost the dive bug.

I guess I need to talk to someone about using the logo. I have been tossing around the idea of having a coin made for Terra / Geo caching. I have one side designed, but I was trying to come up with something for the other side. I wanted it to be something else that I loved to do....hmm..how about diving? This would be great...especially since I plan to hide several ScubaCaches very soon.

No problrm man, I also geocache, I put a cahch out at the blue lagoon but my GPS was messed up. I need to go back out at get a good position on it. The coin is a great idea. Let me know how the coin and cache sites come out. :thumbs_up
