I have preliminary indication that Johnson Outdoors, Uwatec and Scubapro have filed a US patent infringement complaint against Suunto, Aqualung, and Seaquest.

Unverified and I don't know the US patent number(s).

I presume this is similar to the complaint recently filed in Germany regarding a German patent.

Anyone know more?

To make it more interesting, Seaquest has apparently (unconfirmed) countersued each of the plaintiffs in the suit described above....

Isn't the law wondeful?

to this information? Any links we can reference?
