Dear all,
Just want to do a general survey to satisfy my never-ceasing curiosity. Besides being a DM, an instructor, opening a dive shop and UW engineer (or whatever you call those who do construction work UW). What other dive-related professions are out there?

Swiming pool inspection, tank inspection, pipe inspection, hull inspection and cleaning, eco-work, aquaculture (various harvesting operations).

Golfball diver. It's not easy, but it pays very well. I also do it in Colorado where we don't worry about snakes and gators. Just chemicals and the occasional carp. I'm not sure I would necessarily consider it "dive" job either. Most of your time is spent at 4-6 feet on your hands and knees on the bottom. Makes a great summer job!!
