And nary a mention of the landlord...even for hype.

Say what you want about it being a breeding ground up here, but the last two weekends diving the Mendo coast, I only had to kill 3 whites with my dive knife and one of them was pretty small.

Sorry, didn't see this until now.

I honestly have no idea. That was a pretty nasty day he was out. Maybe he just drowned. I haven't heard anything from anyone in the know, so it would be speculation on my part. I intend to ask my LDS guy...he'll probably have the lowdown.

I kind of doubt shark. It seems like they'd be hyping it all up if it were a shark. I am definitely curious as to what happened, though.
