Hello fellow divers,
I am looking into to getting a suptig 84 led dive light mainly for my go pro. But also would use it as a dive light for night dives so that way I can hold the go pro and light in one hand. I had the smaller model of the suptig but the mount got loose mid dive and fell off and I didn’t notice. I used it for about 5 dives and it didn’t fail me. Reading the amazon reviews of the 84 led is very mixed with goods and bad. Please advise if I should give it a try or if anyone know of an inexpensive dive lights that can be tray mounted. Or should I just go for the expensive ones that’s cost $200 plus.
One cheap LED 300 lumen Suptig lasted 3 years before I accidentally flooded it. The next one's charging port broke when I pushed the cord in too hard and it fell out of place (not attached strongly) . They're good if you are very gentle with them.
