Managing new and renewal payments for ScubaBoard Supporters, Sponsors, and Business Supporters is largely a manual process. Unfortunately updating your status cannot always done as efficiently as we all would like — and sometimes mistakes are made.

Please don't hesitate to post your questions and complaints below so we can sort them out. Several ScubaBoard Staff members monitor this thread so your message will be less likely to be overlooked. Thank you for your support.

Became a supporting member a few days ago but the read banner doesn't show up yet for it. No complaint - just an observation.
