Just checked my logs and we did well on scallops at this time last year. Hopefully we will have scallops for dinner Friday night :) Oh, and maybe some lobster too.

Oh sure!!! Rub it in a little why dont ya.... A boat AND a lobster license. Well, as soon as NH repeals their laws, maybe us lowly divers can take a few. The house bill was shot down AGAIN this year. P.S. is the boat comment an invite... hee hee

Well, not unless my buddy backs out. Then.... :)

Also, do you really want to try out a new drysuit 3 miles from shore while scallop diving off an unattended boat in 90-100' of water? I wouldn't. Sounds like a shore dive might be a better idea.

3 miles out and 100 feet.... most def. Trying a new suit in those conditions.... nope. I'd have to dust off the wetsuit first and wait a few more degrees.... Brrrrrr

Jeff we are planning a trip to the Nubble on Sunday to try out our new drysuits.

Greetings Cecil... Sundays are not good for me but thanks for the invite. I may be going to Nubble w/ Spectrum on Saturday, but figured I'd try on Friday too because the weather is supposed to be gorgeous. Let me know if you are interested in some other time and maybe we can carpool and save a few bucks. I'm right down the road from you.
Jeff

Well, buddy's daughter is sick and has follow-up appt with MD Friday so he backed out. Still not sure what I'm doing but I know it will involve bug hunting/scallop. Likely a shore dive but I really want to try out all the new boat gear. Grrrrr..... :banghead:

Wanna bet?

There is no diving at the Nubble on Sundays from the first Sunday in April through the last Sunday in October.

The party's over, already.
