North winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to gale force. Near shore...seas 3 to 5 feet building to 4 to 6 feet in the afternoon. In the Gulf Stream...seas 5 to 7 feet building to 7 to 9 feet in the afternoon. Intracoastal waters rough in exposed areas. Chance of showers.

The front has slowed down. If it slows just a little more (and you still have westerly components to the wind), you might get in an early morning shore dive:

20 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. SEAS 2 TO 3 FEET NEAR SHORE AND UP TO 2 TO
