Took these photos with my Canon A-620. No strobe as of yet.
Would love some input on them. My favorite is the Giant Nudie
on the eggs. The Octo was too far in a crevis to get a good shot.

Very nice.

I'm looking at buying my first camera and I'm thinking the Oly C-5000 because I can get the camera and case for less than $200 I think. I've read a lot about how it's important to have a manual white balance adjustment and rather than having a full manual mode, it has a selection of white balance modes. The colors in your pics seem really good and I'm wondering how your white balance is set.

Sorry so late with the reply's. Rescue class was a killer. The flash used was
the internal flash. The white pbalance wsa the camera pre-claculated underwater setting. Canon has that option in the setting and I think it did a great job.

With a strobe I think it will help with these type of macro pictures.

Thanks for the ID of the big nudie. Rufus... he looked like a Rufus.
