Not really. In general, PPO2 concentratinos above 1.4 are to be discouraged and above 1.6 to be highly avoided. But at the same time, the world record deep dive on air results in a PPO2 of over 3.3 so diving deep with normoxic or higher levels of O2 doesn't always mean oxtox, just an increased chance of it occuring.
