What type of tablet do you have that doesn't have some style of USB port? Why not just get a short conversion cable/adapter to go from that format to USB, that you can then connect any micro-SD cards USB readers into. For example, USB-C to USB adapter plug. There are tons of adapters/cables to change the format of USB out there.
