i've heard of the fedex's planned pullout. it was in the news more than a year ago. don;t know if it's gonna push through though. yes it will hurt subic.

Well at least I guess they are going ahead with the tollway from Clark to Subic. should make Subic more accessible especially as there seems to be more Asian airlines flying into Clarke lately.

yup the clark-subic tollway is under construction.
