Hi, I recently purchased a xp air dive computer at the long beach scuba show from a retailer, Pacific Wilderness as part of a package and it works fine except I can not view my dive logs. I believe this dive computer was made prior to windows 10 being released and I am having an issues perhaps for this reason. I have downloaded the software per their instructions, verified I have the latest drivers and firmware per the software and can view the sample logs provided. However, I cannot open my dive logs and view them, is there a fix for this problem?
