As is said above, it's too far up. It also seems to be very tight. I am not familiar with the Razor harness, but I wonder if you need it that tight, given the balanced nature of sidemount. Make a change and perform a test dive, perhaps in front of an action camera.
My experience is that once the tanks hooked, everything gets slightly less tight, specifically with soft webbing (I use it to get the sliding dive rite D rings). I think with hard webbing it is a bit less the case as it keeps the stiffness, that well say, maybe I am totally wrong.
In the last picture, I tried with a under garnement but I also dive from times to times in 5mm, and I am looking to be able to dive with both suits without having to change the harness (maybe not possible)

Move the top plate down or your neck will be hurting.
Yeah I dont know why the delta went up a bit again. I tried initially to mount it touching only the top of the delta plate with my fingers (as mention on the manual)

But this is way under C7. So I tried to mount it middle way, with my fingers touching the middle of the delta plate. But it moved some how. I will try to remount it lower tomorrow. Thanks !

You still need the bungee on the butt D ring to lower plate. That affects fit as it introduces the 1 or so inches of stretch to the rig.
