Has anyone had an experience with the resort/dive op called Sueno Del Mar? I have also looked at Mariposa lodge for accomodations and checked out West End Divers, Reef Gliders (anyone ever seen hammerheads on the 6am dive?) and they both sound decent, as well. I prefer AC in my room and I don't want to be in a herd of divers and be wearing questionable gear; I am traveling solo.
Some resorts charge the 16% tax and a 20% boat tax and others don't. Sueno Del Mar offered me a $569.00 hotel/dive deal for 3 dives daily and a night dive w/AC & oceanfront room/airport transfers for the 2nd week of January. I am on a budget but I have read really great reviews about this specific place, however, as another Scubaboard member stated: staff changes etc., can make it a different experience at any given time so he suggested that I pose this question on the forum to hopefully receive any recent feedback. I usually do AI's but I want to try something different for a change...but not so much as a dorm setting.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or feedback...cheers!

P.S. It stated on their website that they were rated #1 dive op in Rodales magazine-suppose I could do the research-ugh :-(
