I recently bought a (used of course!) PST steel 100 (HP). How much weight do I need to take off, when compared to using AL 80's. I presently use 14 lbs with a 3 mm jump suit (with an AL 80)...
Thanks
Sal

I'm gonna say 5 lbs, but you would have to recheck your bouyency either way.

HP-100 PST -8.9/-1.4 (full/empty)
AL80 -1.7/4.1

In fresh with an AL80 and 3/2 full I was 14. With the PST E780 I am between 10 & 12 pounds. Both wearing a 3/2. Hope this helps.
