Does anyone have any observations since the park was finished in June? Are there benches to set up gear, showers, boat ramp?

So the park itself it done beautifully and is a wonderful retreat for locals.
The ramp for divers, snorkels, and disabled is very poorly designed and while better than the old entry options - more is needed to improve its functionality.
The boat ramp, which is honestly an idiotic idea and a disaster waiting to happen is on hold at the moment with a 1m+ drop from the partial ramp to the water. The reporting is that a pier is in the plans for watercraft when launched.
