Just make your own. You can get the snaps from the dog snap guy on Ebay, and the fuel hose and rope at a marine store.

I've made 3 sets from using the DIR-Diver website and they came out as good as my Halcyon kits.

I use the Dive Rite stage straps. Pretty cheap and really easy to put on.

I have and use the Dive Rite straps, and have also made my own using the instructions found above, and actually like the rope version (DIY) better than the strap version. I use slightly larger rope and tubing (go to your local hardware store and get both at the same time so you'll know the rope fits the tubing) than is recommended as it makes it easier to carry the stage bottle by the tubing handle out of the water. I know you're not supposed to carry the stage bottle out of the water by the handle (its for in water use), but every one does, and its almost impossible to stop "helpers" from picking it up by the handle, so I use the heavier rope and tighten the Hose Clamp up so there's no slippage and it works like a charm.
