Epcot is pleasant but expensive. Need reservations. Almost more like diving in a flooded street than a tank since the tank is so big. Also get a beside the scenes tour.

Not sure if we'd ever do Epcot although it does look pretty cool. Just a bit expensive. The behind the scenes stuff does sound cool too.

..... Just a bit expensive..
Ohh,,,,,then
Alexander Springs just north of Eustis,Fl, $6
Easy, shallow, clear dive.

Is there a bit to see there or is Blue Grotto and Devils Den a bit more so?
All the FL freshwater dives have their own 'unique' qualities.

Alexander --- Very close to you, cheap, attack squirrels that will actually fight you for your food.
Blue Grotto --- It's the deep dark depths, stellar topside facilities, Virgil scaring divers & a cool Hydroponic farm.
Devils Den --- Walking down the stairs and once at the bottom,,,looking down at your knees shaking uncontrollably.

May just have to do that! I'll have to look into Alexander a bit more too since it's so close. Blue Grotto and Devil's Den sound pretty cool in general for sure! Thank you for the insight!!

Devils Den is one of a kind, and a lot of fun. I’ve taken new divers there when we could not dive in the Gulf due to weather. Also, if you dive the site along the outside edges you can get a feel of what cavern diving is like. Epcot costs $150 each.

There is also Paradise Spring not to far from Ocala. It's definitely a cavern dive, but they allow OW divers there. It's a fun dive, but does have a silty bottom. ....but then so does blue Grotto..
