So here is a version based upon @johndiver999's.

I added some text for explanation and added metric as well. I deleted the graph as I'm not sure how to address it. I'm debating on converting to pressure, but then I'd have to specify cylinder size. Maybe add a line where the user specifies a cylinder size, and then generate a graph of with the pressure values the user has to be at minimally to make it to the surface. Thoughts on that?

That is nice.
I would write the text more declarative, 'This spreadsheet calculates ...' 'Fill in just the yellow'.
And move the acknowledgement to the end of the text. Leaving the first line as a super high level overview.

Maybe 'This spreadsheet aids in calculating...' as circumstances vary etc.

I tried out your spreadsheet. I changed the values for a dive to 100 fsw. I changed the sac to .5. And elimated the safety stop (I was taught to not do a safety stop with NDL in a real emergency). The answer is 6cf.

From my practice and training sessions, this is accurate.

Imperial section of the calculator works fine, same calculation I did in post 32. Not sure why time to surface comes out 9 rather than 8.33 minutes. Not fixable with changing significant figures to 2.
