You have a Sportways Waterlung 750. It's a fairly old regulator, I see it listed in my 1971 catalog and it appears to be the first year for it (don't have a 70) It does not fall into the vintage category and there is not much of a following or collectors market for it. Same goes for the gauge. There are no parts available for it (original at least) so rebuilding it will require sourcing parts, very unlikely any dive shop will take the trouble so it will be up to the owner to DIY. Bottom line, $10-15 at best, with a few exceptions, old single hose regs do not bring much.

You can download the 1971 Sportways catalog in the "Catalog and Manuals" section of the Vintage Double Hose web site to see the adds. There is a good bit of info on it if you are interested.
