Split fins? or conventional ones?

I took my tech blades on a boat trip with my spearo buddies last month who all utilize free-diving fins. We were separated within 8 minutes. Utterly no way to keep up with them.

I'm disappointed, two days on a split fin thread and only 13 posts, and not even hostile ones. What is this board coming to? I was expecting entertainment.
