I am 6'3 and have a pair of TUSA x-pert zooms, got them a few years ago and have been using them ever since. They are stiff enough to give you thrust in current although they are not as useful in stronger currents, they are also slightly heavy out of the water so if weight is an issue take that into consideration but I find they balance me out very nicely giving me a great horizontal profile. I work as a DM guiding up to 3 dives a day and have never had any problems with cramps or any issues with my legs or feet with these fins. Split fins take some getting used to if you are used to full bladed fins but once you get the feel for them they are great for all kicking styles. I would definitely recommend them.
