Do you pee in your wetsuit?

I, to this day, have not.
I generally dont pee anywhere but in a bathroom. Sure something can be done if its a dire emergency but I dont ever have any need to relieve myself when I am out diving.

I will add that I do have a larger than average bladder and maybe that is another reason for it.


I dont forsee myself ever using my wetsuit as a bathroom but what I also want to know from those more versed on this is where does the pee go if its trapped against your body for the whole dive?

hmmm.. This scenario may best explain:
In a public restroom with heavy traffic, I can stand at the urinal and relieve myself in the time that it takes, on average, 3 people to come and go.

My typical drink/cup size is 32oz. (My home cups are really just for me as my kids cant finish then when they use them). I can drink roughly 50oz and hold them for a couple hours before I feel a need to relieve myself.

I have yet to actually pee into a measuring cup but the thought has crossed my mind.

Incidently, by the 3rd person, I am trying to not convulse from laughter at my predicament.. Since I am the one still there taking a pee and was witness the whole situation.. This happens nearly anytime I do use a public restroom at say the movies or a packed restaurant.
