Lets set the record straight. I came to you guys because I thought you would be D.I.R. (Doing It Right) That means planning ahead!!!!! Being as safe as possible starts with learning about the dive before you dive it. Yes, I began diving a year ago. It has since occupied all of my free time. I have over 150 dives in that short time ranging in various depths up to 130ft. Yes I have my advanced card but not cave. There are no cave dive oportunities in Mass. I have dove in various sea conditions and poooor visibility at typically sub 50deg temps. I hope to get overhead certified on this dive. My bouyancy is very good and my air consumption can stick with anyone. Can I improve? Absolutely. Can I go into the Spegial and see a few rooms and live to tell about it. YES. I'm not planning on visiting each level or taking 50 turns as Chatterton did. I will be running a line and just want to know which holes and areas of the boat might be the most interesting to penetrate on a small scale. I'm not diving doubles, but last 2hrs+ on my PS119 @30ft, and my pony bottle should suffice in the limited penetration I intend to do. So If anyone has any knowledge as to how I might obtain some documents showing the interior of the Grove I would greatly appreciate it. I'm goin in and I'm not goin blind. I can Assure you I'm Very Saftey minded which is why I came to this board. Thank you for your help. Sid
