I think the W/A lens will block your internal camera strobe. You would probably only see the upper left corner of your image illuminated. However, looking at the INON page with their lens adapter base, they have a diffuser moved out to the mounting ring. That's telling me that they expect to use the internal flash. Perhaps this is only for macro lenses, because the W/A is awfully big. Is this covered in your instructions manual?
On the other hand, in very clear water, the W/A could be used without a strobe. You may end up using those pictures for some very satisfying B&W prints.
The big advantage of W/A is that you can get closer to your subject, resulting in less backscatter from debris in the water.
Have you thought of renting or borrowing a slave strobe?
Could there be a dealer for the INON strobe in Lembeh?
