Source for lead weights - 2.5lbs

Rick, just get out your hack saw and trim some Lead off of a 3 lbs. weight.
Finish it off with a mill bastard file till you get it just the way you want it.

You can also just use a drill and remove weight by making holes.
That's sort of a Formula 1 approach.

I tend to compare it to the NOAA manual, it's that good.
