Sorong possibly no longer LOB departure point for Raja Ampat in future?

My guess is the move will happen eventually. So far my 8th Raja Ampat Trip in January 2020 is still leaving from Sorong harbor

I’m booked to return April 2020 and their departures are still showing Sorong as the port of departure.

I guess statu quo for now, Sorong is the only city around that can actually provide fuel food and material for the daily life of the boat and everybody knows it. As long as the syahbandar (port authority) of waisai can take their enveloppe on passing LoB everything is business as usual.
