Anyone have settings to program the Sony DSC-V3 w/ Ikelite housing?

I would like to avoid the annoying "self altering" jog dial by using pre-set programs.

I only have a couple of dives with this camera and have very limited experience and knowledge with u/w dig photog. Any advise or links to good posts greatly appreciated!!
