Thanks, that would help, but Orbitz is using Continental only on packages I think, while American has better fares for his dates - and I had gone on so much, I didn't expand on that. As an additional idea in your post tho

The 'Entertain200' will work for either airfare/hotel OR hotel/car packages. We like to book our airfare separate, so we use it for hotel/car. Often it makes the car about free. In one case the hotel/car was cheaper than just the hotel by itself.

I am looking at staying at the Villablanca hotel. If I go for a week and stay in the cheapest room using the $200 off coupon for hotel/air I am basically geting the airfare free.

I purchased r/t air on Continental flying out of Tulsa, and 7 nights all inclusive at Park Royal for 1323.00 for 2 people. My wife said if I could get the price under 1500.00 we would go. So we leave on the 17th. I thought there would be no way to get that price at an all inclusive. I booked directly through Park Royals website.

That is a good price. Is that an ocean view room? Does it include airport transportation? Using the Orbitz coupon leaving on June 17 the cost would have been a total of $1207 for 2 or $1263 if you include airprt transfers. So if your trip includes airport transfers you only paid about $60 more. Now if you got an oceanview room then that is really a great price. The Orbitz deal with OV room would be $1370 or $1426 including airport transfers. Either way you are getting a good deal and the important thing is you are getting to Cozumel at a price point that keeps the boss happy.

Glad to see happy divers finding good travel deals, and Coz needs the business if we want them to keep their businesses open and up to standards for us. One guy returned this week saying he was the only one in the cafe for dinner most nights for a week.

Cool. I don't take cars on Coz, but for those who do - great. And Continental offers great fares some days; just not Oct1-10.
