I don't know if it's "too" dangerous "to" dive with fewer than "two" people, but I wouldn't "lose" my self-reliance unless my tank got "loose" and fell out. Even then I might not be "sure" that I'd have a problem.
So what part of your statement "ONLY" applies to solo shore diving and not diving in a pool ? And that's the best thing you could come up with ? A loose tank

Maybe we should make all divers tie themselves to their buddy with a 3' bungie cord so they'll be safe... :headscratch:

The poster from Norway has a hard time with English, As it's not his native tongue.... I understood what he was saying..I just read the post.... I'm not a English Major....

Hey Halocline.....I get your point, but while you are learning to speak Norwegian or any other language that makes you bi-lingual, you might want to work on YOUR English spelling........that would be "grammar" not grammer.........just sayin'.

I use Google Spell Check and still screw up. If I worry about grammar much, I'll lose it.

Well, I do know the that a loose strap will make me lose my tank, same for a truckload of something - but spelling them out is challenging. And I try to be easy on posters in other countries posting in English but you miss that at times, I know.
