I have a Bill Murray sticker from the chive on my pony if asked I just say I'm diving with Bill.

No one really keeps track of who is diving in a group vs. who is diving solo. Bonaire is known as the home of diving freedom which really translates into "Big boy rules". It sounds like you have the proper training and equipment to dive solo in a safe manner so go for it and have fun!

I'm planning on diving in Bonaire next August. My husband is unlikely to dive anywhere as much as I want to so I want to have my solo equipment with me. Can I rent a pony there? Or should I bring it with me? I have no issue with removing and replacing the valve myself.
