Solo at Pennyroyal?

No I'm not certified for solo.
Yes I dive a pony bailout (19cf)
Yes I'm a somewhat experienced diver (since '82)
Yes I carry a redundant mask when dry.
No I don't do risky things.

Do they allow it? TIA.

I can't speak for them. Here's my current understanding:

1.) They will let you dive solo there at least if you are solo certified.

2.) They want you to leave a dive plan with them at the shop. That way, if you don't come back, they know where to look (for the body, anyway).

3.) Dennis recently got training with SDI to start offering the SDI Solo Diver course. I intend to take that ASAP. I believe they're waiting for SDI to send them some stuff they'll need first; not sure what all that is.
