You tell that to Genting Resorts then.
One of those whale sharks just recently died in captivity.

The other whale shark must be mourning right now at the loss of his friend, not knowing how to quit him.
 
And many more have died in the Okinawa aquarium despite their claims to having the longest surviving whale shark in captivity...
 
Gosh guys, that's so sad to hear about these whale sharks dying in aquariums. Especially when they claim they were "saving" them from being eaten. I hope they don't replace the dead ones.
