Its a seaquest spectrum 1st stage. Very similar to a USD Cousteau, and in fact, I use that rebuild kit for it whenever I overhaul the reg, as well as the torque specifications for tightening. Actually, I can use the Aqualung Titan kit for it as well, except for the sintered filter.
As for the 2nd stage. Its an old conshelf brass box bottom. I took an OEM exhaust tee (from nautilus) and trimmed it to make it more compact, then I got the metal purge cover ring and soft purge button from Aquamundo. You'll have to grind the metal ring a bit to make it fit nicely using the original clamp on the conshelf, but its pretty secure.

I forgot to ask what were the failure modalities of the soft covers you replaced during service, and if the owners gave any indication of how it might have occurred (such as a gigantic rip or something).
