Sorry about the imperial units. I didn't think I'd be sharing online. It's cut from a 6mm thick delrin sheet. I used countersunk holes for the bungees and attachment screw (1/4"-20x3/8").

I think I'm going to make the same one here. After diving with the OrcaTorch D630 and D620 yesterday, I'm not ready to discard my Sofirn SD01 pro light...
Wish me luck! I'll send the metric measurements based on your cardboard version.
 
Quick update - it's just not worth it.
I got a lovely SOLA 2500 S/F Light that I absolutely love! :)
